Winds of Change
One of the things I love most about the logo my friend Kerri designed, is the flow and movement of it. We’ve all heard the saying, “if you don’t bend, you’ll break” and it seems like those words are so important in this day and age. Being able to anchor yourself deeply so that you can shift in the wind without losing yourself is a key to surviving amongst the human race. Many of my yoga teachers end practice with “May you flow through life with joy and ease” and in that moment, it seems attainable. Learning to change, bend, shift, grow stronger, and let go …
